Week of Adventures

This has been another busy week in July! Georgia had her first bath on July 5th and loved it. We waited so long because her belly button has taken forever to heal. But she didn't mind the water at all...only got grumpy when we took her out of the bath. She was cold from the airconditioning!! She is smiling all the time now and has cooed a couple of times. Her neck is super strong and she is constantly trying to stand up. She still eats all the time, so who knows how much she'll weigh at her 2 month appointment. The Eagan's were in town for a wedding, so Miles and Reilly got to play together. It was like no time had passed between them and they were instant buddies. Jenny has agreed to be Georgia's second Godmother and we are so thrilled. Then we all got together at Auntie June's house for a BBQ with Stephanie and her crew. It was a fun filled weekend!
Georgia has a lot of baby acne, but I wanted to capture her smile.
Can you see the dimple? Sooo cute!
Georgia has also discovered her love of the Baby Bjorn. Here I've put her to sleep in the Bjorn and then down on our bed to continue the nap.
Her first bath!

Dada drying her off as quickly as possible.
Miles has been obsessed with his cowboy had these days. I love when he puts it on and says, "Yee-Haw!"
I pulled out the playmat for Georgia. Miles thinks it is hysterical to lie down on the mat with her.
Here he's giving her kisses...his favorite thing to do.
On Wednesday all three of us went to story time at Giggle and then lunch at Skipolini's. It was my first outing alone with the kids. We did pretty well until Miles ran away from me and into the street. Ugh.
Miles enjoyed the play structure at the restaurant and wouldn't eat his lunch!
Along with his drums, Miles has been practicing his guitar skills.
Miles and Reilly playing on the slide.
The boys playing so well together.
On Saturday they went for a swim in the little pool and then headed to the big pool with the Dads!
Auntie Stephanie brought some yummy desserts to AJ's house. Miles couldn't wait for me to get a fork and took matters into his own hands.

Miles was obsessed with collecting apples and putting them into June's watering can. So obsessed that we brought a bag of crab apples home that night!
