Pumpkin Fun!

We are gearing up for Halloween! We took the kids to Suisun City for an old fashioned train ride out to a pumpkin festival. Miles was a little nervous once we got going (we were all a little nervous...it was rickety!), but really enjoyed it once we got going. Georgia could have cared less. She enjoyed a bottle on the ride. :) When we got to the festival there was a jumping house, huge hay maze, BBQ, sweet treats, and lots of Miles' friends. We had a blast.

Here's a picture of the peach.

She has her cute new 6 month froggie pajamas on. Look at how big her feet look!!

 The train ride.

There were old advertisements throughout the train.

 The ticket taker.

Miles and his good buddy, Jack. So sweet.

Of course he loved the jumping house. At one point it came unplugged and started to deflate. Everyone scrambled to get their child out. Guess who was last to come out just as it completely collapsed? You got it!

Miles is always fascinated with hay.

 Miles got a ghost cupcake.

On Columbus Day, Mom and I took the kids to the Clayton Valley Pumpkin Patch. Since we were loaded down on the train, we didn't buy any pumpkins. We needed pumpkins!! It was super hot out in Clayton, but that didn't stop Miles from having a blast. He loved watching some on the big kids on a field trip and tried to play with them in the hay.

Who wants big orange pumpkins? Miles was obsessed with the two small white pumpkins. He carried them the entire time we were there. Needless to say, they came home with us and look very nice on the mantel.

Georgia's first pumpkin picture.
