I'm not exactly sure who was more excited to decorate: me or Miles. He begged Peter all day to take down the Christmas decorations. I did the bulk of the decorating while Georgia was napping and Miles loved to touch everything I took out of the boxes.
A few days after the decorations were up, Miles helped me put the ornaments on the tree. He had a strategy: all the round ornaments were grouped together, all the silver ornaments together, all the pigs together, etc. I hope I didn't hurt his feelings by reorganizing!!
We also took the time to write letters to Santa. Each child was very specific about what they want for Christmas. Georgia drew a lovely picture for Santa.
