Grandma and Grandpa arrived the day before Christmas Eve. XMAS eve started with church at 3:30 and followed with a great dinner where Nana showed up from Boston a day early! The kids opened their annual books and then got out the milk and cookies for Santa. And of course carrots for the reindeer. They were super excited for Santa and had a very hard time going to sleep at a decent hour!
