Georgia's Baptism

On Sunday, November 7th, Miss Georgia Peach was baptized. It was a rainy day, but that didn't bother her! She looked absolutely precious in her baptism gown and bonnet. She was one of 5 babies who was baptized and the only blonde! :) She didn't cry or fuss during the entire ceremony and the Deacon even commented on what a happy baby she was. After the ceremony, we all headed back to Mom's house for a celebration. It was great timing to have the Fickes family in town. So we finally got to meet Kristi and they got to meet Georgia. We Skyped with Stephen and Karen and Haley after dinner. It was such a blessed event and we are so fortunate to have such wonderful family and friends who could celebrate this day with us!

Bonding with Godmama Alissa before church.

Miles looked so handsome and was such a good boy.

Georgia was a big fan of the ribbon on her bonnet. Yum!

The water didn't bother her at all!
Georgia was first to be baptized. After the water was poured on her head, the Deacon asked to take her. If you look closely at our faces, we were all thinking the same thing: Oh boy....good luck! But she didn't cry!

The yummy cake based on her invitation.

All the excitement and she passed out at the table.
Miles and Elise had a ball playing with one another.

I LOVE Georgia in that bonnet. So cute! The cake was beautiful, too. Wish we could have been there, but it was nice to at least see you via skype!
