On October 23, 2012 Georgia went to her first dental exam. She was actually very excited. She talked about getting a new toothbrush the entire drive there. She wanted to bring a lollipop into the dentist office to show Dr. Renner, but I thought that wasn't the best choice. ;-) She never flinched, never said "no", never got scared, and opened her mouth big and wide. She has 8 1/2 teeth (one top molar is just pushing through and the other is just about 1/4 way out) and they are spaced beautifully. The only issue is the paci. Of course. Her teeth are pushing forward in the front, so the sooner we take the beloved "papi" away, the better chance her teeth will self correct. At the end of the visit, she got a balloon, a sticker, a new toothbrush, and some toy monkeys. I was very proud of her! Miles also got his teeth cleaned and didn't need to me to help him at all. His teeth look great, too, except he has a cross-bite which will need help via an orthodontist. Just like his Mama...or "Mom".
