It was a miserable rainy day and I decided to make a gingerbread house with Miles. He had a blast decorating the house and sneaking pieces of candy into his mouth. That kid has a serious sweet tooth. The house actually turned out somewhat decent. My inner "Martha" cringes, but my outer Mama beams with pride.

I love Miles' look of concentration. He's working so hard to get the pieces on the roof.
Now he's getting goofy. For every piece of candy that goes on the house, another goes into his mouth!
