We were so lucky to have Alissa visit from Iowa for Georgia's birthday celebration. She arrived on Friday (missing G, but seeing M that night) and stayed through Wednesday morning. We dragged her to swim lessons, performed Brittany Spears songs for her, took her on a walk to Safeway, had her read us books, and drenched her in our pool. We also had a little Woodside cocktail party so she could see some of her old work friends. It was a perfect trip and we were sad to see her go. The BEST part of all was that she got to see Georgia take her very first steps on June 20th! 4 steps....just like that. Then 6 steps later that night and full walking the next day!!
