It's been raining.....a lot. So we've been stuck indoors for what seems like forever. Then the sickness began with Georgia...a fever for 24 hours, then well for a few days, then another fever for 4 days, and now Roseola. Peter is also bed bound with a nasty chest cold and Miles woke up with a head cold. Needless to say, we're housebound for a little longer!! I've been busy making decorations for Georgia's birthday party and finished the last day of school yesterday! Hooray! We are so excited for our summer full of visitors. Starting with Alissa and Grandma and Grandpa next week!! Georgia is going to take her first step any day now. She stands up all the time. She has incredible balance. She stands on our bed and on the couch (obviously supervised) and has this look on her face like she is so proud. She also currently loves airplanes. She hears them fly by our house and looks up at the sky with a big smile. A future flight attendant?!?
Clapping for herself.
We recently had a visit from the Fickes family. We headed over to Aunt Kristi and Uncle Jim's house on a very rainy day. Miles and Elise enjoyed some ice cream cones with sprinkles and Georgia was petrified and yet intrigued by the doggies.
A new fun "toy" is sitting on the office chair and spinning around. They did this for 30 minutes and both of them cried when I took them off. I love how Miles is holding Georgia.
