Opening day was the day after Miles' birthday. We dropped Peter and Miles off at 6:45 and then headed to the park to get parking. Georgia ate donuts and kept me company. The parade took a few hours and Miles' team was at the very end. After the parade we headed home for lunch and then back to the field for their first game. Miles did pretty good, but kept forgetting to drop the bat when he'd his the ball. Twice he ran to first holding the bat! And when he'd get to third base, he would run to the dugout instead of home plate. Haha. It's really very cute to watch these kiddos play.
